- New York was able to force a Game 5 with Cleveland after a 4-2 victory at Progressive Field.
- The pick split for the day went 6-4 for in favor of the victors. However, that is a bit skewed with the fact that all four of the selections on Cleveland's end were of Myles Straw. Straw would blank for Colin, Lenny, Nate, and Scott with only Colin picking the Guardians nine-hole hitter manually.
- Giancarlo Stanton's race finished with a fart as both Matt and Al completed the Yankees slugger's picking out with an 0-for-3 and 2 strikeouts.
- Buddy relinquished his share of the lead after a blank from All-Star catcher Jose Trevino. The Yankees backstop has yet to get a hit against the Guardians in this series.
- And that lead is now once again back in the hands of Pavli after a single from one of the day's joint top scorers, Josh Donaldson. While he did regain the overall advantage, he lost his Home Run Hero chip (unless we get some sweet November baseball). Ryan joined in on the Donaldson selection train while Ed was able to get a meager share of the day's spoils with a single from Donaldson's Yankees teammate Gleyber Torres.
- Each team had an optimal option for Game 4. New York's Harrison Bader and Cleveland's Josh Naylor each homered for their respective teams but Naylor's caused a bit more commotion given his distinctive trot around the bases.
