- There were a lot of big scores on the day and some shifts at the top of the leaderboard.
- The main story is Matt reclaiming top spot after ditching the NL Central in favor of George Springer, who homered in his Pick One debut, while Al went with Luis Urias who put up a golden sombrero against Pittsburgh in his debut.
- Greg continued to rebound from a tough stretch as Manny Margot also went deep against Springer's Blue Jays though they were ultimately bested.
- Colin got his four points from the day not from the long ball but instead via two Tim Anderson doubles, yet Chicago were more than doubled up by the surging Tigers.
- Third place is now once again a tie as Pavli proved that the NL Central is just cursed for our top two with a double and single from Jace Peterson. That drew him level with Trevor who blanked for the second consecutive day with Anthony Rendon.
- After all this, top score went to Ryan who got the best of both worlds inside our scoring pool with both a home run and a double in Philadelphia's win over San Diego moving them even deeper into the second place mire behind the Mets.
