- It was a pretty rough day for the majority of the field. However, with the only two scores coming from the bottom of the table, we had ourselves a little chase day in the Pick One.
- For the third consecutive day we had three people select the same player. Unlike his predecessors though, Cincinnati's Kyle Farmer could not produce the goods for the trio of Al, Joseph, and Lenny.
- The other multiple-participant selection did not fare any better as Pavli and Scott found themselves empty-handed from Atlanta's Marcell Ozuna.
- Our second Kyle of the day, Kyle Schwarber, left seven on base yet the Phillies were able to best the Brewers. In the Pick One that W doesn't change the zero on Buddy's scoresheet for the day.
- Seattle's Last Man In record is now double as bad after Matt found himself wanting from catcher Cal Raleigh.
- Rounding out the Troupe Terrible was Nate with Oakland's Sheldon Neuse. The only member of the "relegation zone" of the table to not score at least saw his man steal a base after walking so there's that I guess.
- Colin made it three days in a row with a hit after Seth Beer singled and scored for the Diamondbacks. They would eventually lose in extras to the Mets.
- And that leaves Ryan with a much-needed three total bases from his selection Josh Naylor. The Guardians outfielder singled and doubled but his free-scoring side were ultimately stifled by the Yankees.
- Optimally, there were three players who hit two home runs on the day. Aaron Judge, Wander Franco, and Mookie Betts all went ya-ya twice apiece, a feat that would have netted you eight total bases.
