- When one team is no-hit and the winning side has just two extra-base efforts, you have a night like this in the Pick One Challenge.
- Buddy's roster wasn't looking great to begin with entering Game 4 and didn't even get the chance for his punt selection, Nick Maton, to get into the game leaving him in the company of our least favorite friend, BLANK.
- Bryson Stott was one of just two Phillies to come up with men on base on the night. But as you could probably gleam from the whole no-hitter thing, Matt's selection did not drive them home.
- At least Brandon Marsh was able to draw a walk and steal a base in Game 4 making him easily the most active Phillies player. But similarly to Stott, he could not get Colin a hit to push him closer to Matt in the standings.
- Only one Astros starter went hitless against Aaron Nola and company. That just so happened to unfortunately be Pavli's pick Aledmys Diaz who struck out three times before being defensively substituted.
- After five home runs in Game 3, there were none to be had in Game 4 which was bad news for Lenny given that he used his November chip on Yordan Alvarez. He got him a single as a consolation prize.
- Similarly to the David Hensley quartet in Game 3, Christian Vazquez gave four participants a single in Game 4. Ed, Nate, and Scott can't complain too much while Ryan could have a bit bigger of a gripe given that he used his November Home Run Hero on the former Red Sox backstop.
- But saving us from a second straight day of a one total base top score was Al with Alex Bregman. His two-RBI double as part of a five-run fifth inning put him level optimally as well with teammates Jeremy Pena and Yulieski Gurriel who each had two singles in the game. Only Lenny has Bregman left for the remainder of the Fall Classic.
