- Our blanks for the day both came from NL East All-Stars. Ozzie Albies (Buddy) and Juan Soto (Scott) combined to go 0-for7 at the dish with a walk (from Soto) and two strikeouts (from Albies).
- For once though it wasn't entirely doom and gloom for the Nationals as not only did they beat Colorado, but Al and Lenny each got a single from Keibert Ruiz in his 2022 Pick One debut.
- Boston raked 19 hits off of Dallas Keuchel and the White Sox bullpen, but only 2 of them came off the bats of Bobby Dalbec (Matt) and Xander Bogaerts (Pavli), a single apiece.
- The rest of this recap is very Diamondbacks heavy. Kole Calhoun was on the D'Backs for the past two seasons before signing with Texas this past winter. He was one of two players with multiple hits on the day, smacking two singles for Colin.
- Geraldo Perdomo made his second Last Man In appearance of 2022 earning Joseph one total base in Arizona's 14-1 loss to the Dodgers.
- Attempting to work his way into next year's header graphic was Daulton Varsho. Still without a blank in eight all-time selections, Ryan was the latest to benefit from the Unblankable Man via a single.
- Our second player with multiple hits was also our top scorer, Christian Walker. Earning his second top score in three days, first on his own, Walker had himself some cycle bread to earn Nate five total bases.
- Optimally, Kyle Farmer was the only man to hit double-digit total bases (two singles, two home runs) on the day as the Reds shockingly exploded for 20 runs against the Cubs.
