- Philadelphia and San Diego put the top two seeds on the brink of elimination in the NL while Cleveland leveled their series with New York in extra innings.
- Atlanta seems most likely to go quietly in their series after a 9-1 loss in Game 3. Losing just as much in Pick One terms was Buddy through Braves first baseman Matt Olson. He lost his Home Run Hero as Olson could only walk twice as a method for getting on base and he lost his overall lead in the game.
- Matt also had no love both in game and in real life for the Braves. Eddie Rosario blanked providing last year's joint runner-up with his third straight zero of the Division Series.
- Two players were double selected on the evening, both from San Diego. The bell should be going off right about now that this is the less than stellar of the two given its placement in the recap. Ha-Seong Kim put the nix on Al and Nate's earning potential in Game 3 striking out twice.
- Our final blank for the day came from Lenny's pick Justin Turner. The Dodgers third baseman saw his postseason average dip to .100 with an 0-for-4 showing in defeat.
- The lone pick from the AL contest saw Scott earn a single from Cleveland's Steven Kwan. Granted that single came on a first inning bunt but it is better than nothing at this juncture.
- A regular season ravaging leaves Philadelphia with not many available options for our players. However, the one Phillies player taken for this day proved fruitful as Ed got a double from Bryson Stott.
- Last Man In Austin Nola provided Ryan with a pair of singles from what has been a deadly bottom of the order for the Padres against the Dodgers.
- The other part of that lethal combination was the day's top scorer Trent Grisham. The San Diego outfielder made two helpings of cycle bread for Colin and Pavli, the latter which provided us with a new overall leader. He was also the optimal scorer for the day with Bryce Harper (6 total bases) and Amed Rosario (5 total bases) already having been picked out.
