- It would have been nice to have every participant score for the second straight day, but Astros' rookie Jake Meyers (Greg) had to go and screw it all up. {Say everything after the comma in Stone Cold voice for added effect}
- Trevor moved himself from one tie into another. Josh Bell's single and double allowed him to edge ahead of Pavli who only got two singles from Freddy Galvis. However, Al got a double of his own from Ryan Mountcastle to now be in joint second place.
- Colin is gradually pulling away from the basement with an eighth consecutive score. This time it was Yasmani Grandal providing the goods with a home run in Chicago's win over the Pirates.
- And speaking of pulling away, for the third time in four days Matt pulled down at least a share of top score with a player going ya-ya. This time it was Jonathan Villar as part of a weird 142 days apart rainout doubleheader. And while the Mets have inflicted as much pain on our leader as typing the last five words of that last sentence did to my brain, Villar hit a home run in the re-scheduled affair and singled in the night cap. Mets won both over Miami.
