- Five teams scored double-digit runs on the day yet not a single selection was made from any of those five teams.
- Greg was able to lift himself out of the basement with a player from the bottom of Texas' batting order, Jason Martin. Despite hitting under .200, the left fielder hit a two-run shot off of Shohei Ohtani for the Rangers' only runs of the game and added a single to give him some breathing space as his two closest competitors both blanked. Martin was the only one of the four debuting players used on the day that got a hit.
- On the other end of the table, Pavli soared back into second place with a six-point top score matinee from Frank Schwindel. He bested Martin's output by one single and is now one point behind Matt after Austin Hays put one double in the scorebook in the Orioles' extra inning loss to the Yankees.
