- After making his Pick One debut yesterday, Yan Gomes made it 2-for-2 with two points with a pair of singles for Trevor as the A's massacred the Astros to stave off elimination for at least one more day.
- We had a third straight day with a pick out as JP Crawford became the second Mariner in a week's time to get the deed done. And in celebration of that achievement, Crawford earned Ryan a share of top score with a single and a double as Seattle won their sixth straight.
- Sharing that honor with the picked out Mariner was St. Louis' Tommy Edman, the only player chosen from the day's lone doubleheader against the Cubs. Colin got all of his pointage from Game 1 of that twin bill as Edman hit three singles in the Cardinals' thirteenth consecutive victory before blanking in the fourteenth straight win. Edman joins the list of three-time top scorers.
