- The Mets/Nationals doubleheader was the main attraction of the afternoon with five of the seven participants selecting from this matchup.
- Two pairs doubled up on Mets players with Pete Alonso (Matt/Trevor) and Jonathan Villar (Al/Colin). Each pair earned three points over the twin bill.
- The one person who decided against doubling down on a Met was Ryan who went with the freshly uninjured Francisco Lindor. Lindor scored as many points in one game, save a pinch-hit appearance, as the others did in two with a pair of singles and a home run in their game one win for top score honors.
- In non-Mets land, it was two more debuts in the Pick One as Greg went with the oft-designated Jose Marmolejos and Pavli went with White Sox rookie Romy Gonzalez. Despite hitting just .136 for the year, it was a second straight hidden gem for Greg with three points. Pavli was not so lucky and was the only picker to blank on the afternoon.
