- Since it was quite the light day in terms of Pick One comings and goings, hopefully the retirement of the first player picked out in the MLB Pick One Challenge, Yermin Mercedes, isn't for anything else but for the betterment of their mental and physical health as well as that of their family.
- Matt regained the lead by one point as he got a double from John Hicks in Texas' loss to Detroit while Al could only get a single from Adam Duvall in Miami's extra innings victory. (Editor's Note: It should be noted that John Hicks was not on the scoresheet beforehand. If you are scrolling through box scores or the doc and don't see somebody that is currently playing on it they are NOT ineligible. There are a lot of baseball transactions and sometimes moves slip past me. Just let me know if there are any discrepancies and I'll fix them ASAP.)
- Tying with Matt at the top of the day's score charts was for the second straight day, Colin. The lone person to utilize the San Diego/Atlanta doubleheader with Ozzie Albies probably wished for the completion of game two to have the chance of being the outright daily leader, but when the four people between you and the top two all blank you'll take the points.
