- We had a historic two-fer on the day as two Home Run Hero chips hit on the same day for the first time.
- Our previous day's "outliers" came up short on this day. San Francisco's Wilmer Flores and Los Angeles' Cody Bellinger combined to go 0-for-7 with seven men left on base for Lenny and Matt respectively.
- Josh Rojas made sure the division wasn't entirely disappointing though as he doubled and homered to give Nate a hefty six total bases in Arizona's loss to the Rockies.
- Tampa Bay would waste another solid outing from Shane McClanahan with just five hits against the Reds in an extra inning defeat. Ryan's selection Randy Arozarena did not have any of those five hits.
- Toronto also lost in extras, but Ed's pick Alejandro Kirk was able to scratch out a third inning single off of Seattle starter George Kirby.
- Scott had to wait to the seventh inning for Hunter Dozier's single as the Royals came from behind to defeat the Guardians.
- Only two Tigers didn't strike out in their win over the White Sox, Spencer Torkelson who got on base via two walks and Pavli's pick Eric Haase who got on base via two singles.
- Three home runs were hit yet in the Challenge on the day with the lone one not being doubled coming from Colin's selection Carlos Correa.
- The other two came from Buddy's Home Run Hero Juan Soto and Al's Mike Trout. Both Washington and Los Angeles were defeated on the afternoon but with bonuses Soto got to a score of 9 and Trout got to a score of 10, his third top score of the season. Each man only has two possible selections remaining in the Pick One Challenge.
- Optimally, without bonuses in play Kris Bryant got to ten total bases with a double and a pair of home runs in the aforementioned Colorado win over the Diamondbacks.
