- There were seven matches on a jampacked Sunday after the FA Cup Final. Only two of them saw usage between the six competitors.
- The Last Man In lot lucked out having already been given the assignment of Salomon Rondon on April 6th. The Everton striker was brought on and sent off just four minutes later. Instead, the quartet of autopilots were given second step man Mads Roerslev who got a 6.6 in 15 minutes as his Brentford side saw it through for the full three points.
- On the other end of that pitch, Scott's pick Alex Iwobi fairly invisible despite playing the full 90 minutes. He completed 20 of 22 passes sitting behind the front three of Everton, but only of those completions was deemed a key pass. He was also dribbled past twice including once leading to a Brentford goal. He too ended up with a 6.6 rating.
- That means that Trevor was able to push his lead back up to a full rating point via Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Ruben Neves. Wolves are comfortably in mid-table and can't get into Europe mathematically through the league so seeing them play on cruise control against Norwich wasn't surprising. The Portuguese international completed 92% of his 85 passes and completed 3 of 4 attacking dribbles successfully for a 7.0 rating and the day's top score.
- Optimally, Greg or Matt were the only ones who could have selected Leicester City's James Maddison and his 9.3 rating. The Foxes' #10 scored the equalizer after going down early and assisted on two more goals as his side pumped Watford by a 5-1 scoreline.
