- Four of the seven matches on the Saturday docket saw usage by our seven participants.
- If you saw a 9-0 scoreline for Liverpool and there was not a single goal involvement from Mohamed Salah that would send up red flags. Not only was that the case as the Reds routed Bournemouth, much to the dismay of Scott and Trevor, the Egyptian King was not even a hockey assist away from extending his rampant run against the team from the south coast. His 6.0 rating was his lowest since a 5.8 against Brighton over a year and a half ago.
- Arsenal had to fight hard to come back against London rivals Fulham. Painting the initial lines on the comeback road was Mike's pick Bukayo Saka who earned a 7.0 on the back of his assist of Martin Odegaard's leveling goal.
- Last Man In Takehiro Tomiyasu had just four touches of the ball in his nine minutes on the pitch. One of those was a key interception though which boosted Matt from the standard 6.5 to a 6.6 from the Arsenal defender.
- Che Adams' Southampton came up short against Manchester United but at no fault of the Saints' front man (other than not scoring a goal). Pavli received a 7.4 from the English striker as he terrorized United's backline. His stats outside of his shots (2 on target, 3 off) can be deceptive from how well he truly played in ultimate defeat.
- Fresh off their thumping of Chelsea, Leeds slumped back down with a 1-0 loss to Brighton. Andrew's pick Jack Harrison didn't have much of an impact going forward for Leeds with just one key pass and only one blocked shot on his scoresheet. His 6.7 could have been worse but seems fair in the grand scheme of things.
- But our top scorer of the day, and scorer of that one Brighton goal, was Ryan's selection Pascal Groß. The German midfielder turned attacker slotted home in the 66th minute to put the Seagulls in third place overall and net Ryan a hefty 8.1 ratings points.
- Optimally, Liverpool's Roberto Firmino and his five goal involvements (two goals, three assists) against Bournemouth were good enough for a massive 9.7 rating from the Brazilian #9.
