- Just two matches for the Sunday slate with the battle of the "Hamptons" as well as the North London Derby.
- There was one selection each for Southampton and Wolverhampton, yet neither provided much in the way of scoring Pick One-wise. It was dueling 6.6's for Kyle Walker-Peters (Andrew) and Ruben Neves (Ryan) in a match that saw the best pass of the day come from a goalkeeper.
- In an unforeseen turn of events, the second match on the docket saw Arsenal thump Spurs 3-1 for their third straight win. It was the first time in the league that the Gunners had surpassed one goal.
- Regrettably, none of those three goals were scored by Martin Odegaard, Matt's selection for the day. While each of his other front four mates got in on the act with both goals and assists, the Norwegian struggled in the middle of the park losing the ball nearly five times as much as he retained it. A late yellow card for time wasting pushed him down into a three-way tie with the two early match picks in the Matchday Basement with a 6.6.
- However, somebody did pick into Arsenal's scoring trio of the morning and that person was our new game leader Scott. Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang played the full 90 minutes after scoring the match's second goal and was phenomenal as the tip of the Gunners' spear. His 7.9 was the top score of the day by a wide margin with only Trevor's selection of Lucas Moura (7.1) breaking the 7.0 threshold.
- Briefly mentioned earlier, Jose Sa was the optimal pick for the day for Wolverhampton Wanderers. His 8.7 came on the merits of six saves, including three from close range, a clean sheet, and the assist on the game's lone goal from Raul Jimenez with a long ball over the top.
