- It was a tale of two halves between Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City in a match that ultimately ended up with a 4-2 victory for the Citizens.
- Zero backing came the way of Spurs which is fortuitous in hindsight as they had four of the five lowest rated players in the game.
- Over half of the field had to use the Last Man In for the midweek clash. That spot for this one was occupied by Kyle Walker who came on late for an injured Rico Lewis and earned the standard 6.5 for 11 minutes of work.
- Scott's pick Jack Grealish was the only member of City's front four to have zero goal contributions against Spurs. He didn't even get a shot attempt off and failed on both of his attacking dribble attempts to end on a 6.3.
- Erling Haaland eventually found his way onto the scoresheet with the match equalizer, but did little else for his side in the contest to unfortunately put Ryan's daily output on a 6.4 and leaving him just 0.1 ratings points out of the financial relegation zone.
- The only true Pick One elation of the day came from Trevor with his selection Rodri. The defensive midfielder got his fourth assist of the Premier League season on the eventual winner to close out his afternoon with a 7.9 rating.
- Optimally, the man who Rodri set up for that third goal, Riyad Mahrez, produced the day's best possible score. The Algerian also scored the dagger as well as setting up Haaland's aforementioned equalizer to net a 9.4, his best rating since a 10.0 in the Carabao Cup against Wycombe Wanderers in September of 2021.
