- It was a wild day in the Premier League at both the top and bottom of the table. However, that chaos didn't really translate to the Pick One Challenge.
- Probably the biggest shift came from the fact that Trevor only was able to muster a putrid 5.9 rating from Chelsea's Joao Felix in the Blues' loss to rock-bottom Southampton. Playing as his side's #10, the Portuguese international was wasteful, reckless, and was surprisingly allowed to be this way for 90 minutes as he was the only attacker that manager Graham Potter did not take off.
- Emiliano Buendia (6.7) was the better of the two Emilianos on Aston Villa against Arsenal. Ryan's pick did not score for Tom Hanks, but was long off the pitch before things fell apart for his rear guard counterpart Emiliano Martinez.
- Things could have gone from bad to worse for Newcastle had they not had steadying hands like Scott's pick Sean Longstaff. Yeah, on paper a 6.7 doesn't look tremendous but given the circumstances of your keeper being sent off in the 22nd minute while down 2-0, I'd say it is pretty damn good.
- Could have been worse has to also be the motto for our quartet of top scorers. Pavli got his 6.9 (ni.ce) rating from Felix's midfield mate Noni Madueke who at least didn't look like a sleeper agent for the opposition. Matt Ritchie came on for an injured Joelinton and helped a ten-man side not concede so his 6.9 (ni.ce) is just as well-earned.
- Optimally, Fulham keeper Bernd Leno made seven saves, including six from inside the box, to keep a clean sheet, earn an 8.6 rating, and help push his club into sixth place with a win over Brighton & Hove Albion.
