- Monday Night Football didn't have much in the way of fireworks, but the proceedings of Crystal Palace/Leeds United still kept things close in the Pick One Challenge.
- Palace striker Jean-Philippe Mateta blew a golden opportunity for a fifth league goal in the first half then found hitting the target incredibly difficult after that. Pair that with 56% passing as a target man and a 6.5 seems rather generous for our game leader Trevor.
- Having two attacking options taken in a nil-nil match doesn't bode well for big scores, but Scott moved just a hair closer to regaining his top spot after a 6.6 from Leeds' Jack Harrison.
- This of course means for the half of the Last Man In contingent that had second step man Jeffrey Schlupp available, we got a second straight day of LMI top scoring. Schlupp nearly unlocked Leeds' back line late on with a pass to Christian Benteke and another one of his through balls was snuffed out by last ditch defending. An 11 minute 7.0 is what he brings to the fold.
- Optimally, nobody could have predicted that the goalkeeper that has let in the most goals thus far in the Premier League would not only keep a clean sheet but also do so by making all seven of his saves on shots from inside the box. Illan Meslier, take your 8.9 and also a bow good sir.
