- With the FA Cup weekend still ongoing, the only match for the day was Arsenal taking on Aston Villa.
- It was rough on most of our crew as that lone match was also the early fixture leaving no safety net for those that missed kickoff.
- That left the quartet of Andrew, Greg, Ryan, and Scott with Arsenal's Rob Holding. While the centerback only produced the standard 6.5 in his brief appearance, he did get a clean sheet tally which could help in tiebreakers at season's end.
- The two participants that made selections manually went with Aston Villa wingers from South America. Trevor went with Argentinian Emiliano Buendia which unfortunately turned out to be the lesser of the two. He completed 88% of his passes in 69 (nice) minutes, but didn't register a shot in any form and was quiet for extended periods of the first half. His 6.6 rating wasn't too shocking.
- Top score then was in the hands of Matt who had Brazilian Philippe Coutinho. The Little Magician made it 3-for-3 with turning selections into top scores with his 7.0 in defeat to the Gunners. He had Villa's only shot on target and also completed 88% of his passes over the full 90 minutes.
- Optimally, Andrew or Greg could have had the match's goal scorer, Bukayo Saka. Along with that 30th minute strike he also made a key clearance off a dangerous set piece and made two key attacking passes for a 7.6 final rating.
