- Four of the five matches scheduled for the day saw usage with only Bournemouth and Leicester City being left neglected by our participants.
- He was able to keep his goal scoring streak alive, but Erling Haaland was not able to keep Pavli at the top of the Pick One table. Normally, the Norwegian makes everything out of his few touches turn to gold. And I know this next sentence sound crazy but in the context of the Premier League's top scorer it makes perfect sense. Before his 65th minute goal against Southampton, Haaland was incredibly wasteful bricking three very easy (even by normal human standards and not his superhuman ones) chances. He finished on a 6.6 and but was flirting with a 6.0 before scoring.
- With that novel out of the way, Scott settled for second half substitute Kaoru Mitoma as one of four different Brighton & Hove Albion players selected on the day. He understandably finished the lowest on the scoresheet with a 6.7 rating in 23 minutes.
- The other three Seagulls were taken by Matt, Mike, and Ryan. Alexis Mac Allister (Matt) and Pascal Groß (Mike) were former top scorers in the Challenge and finished with more than respectable ratings of 7.9 and 7.2 respectively. Ryan's pick Moises Caicedo netted a 7.4 rating in Brighton's 1-0 loss to Spurs in his Pick One debut.
- Former Spurs player Kieran Trippier was picked by our resident Spurs fan Andrew against Brentford. The Newcastle right back assisted on the first of Bruno Guimaraes' two goals on the day with only an Ivan Toney penalty kick crushing his hopes of a clean sheet. His 7.5 pushed his run to four straight matches finishing over 7.0 in the league.
- But our top scorer came from the other side of London in the form of Chelsea's Mason Mount. Trevor's selection got two assists on his side's three goals against an overmatched Wolves side to finish on an 8.4 in 72 minutes.
- The day's optimal scorer fit in three games worth of workrate into just under an hour. Over half the field had the ability to select Manchester City's Phil Foden whose 9.0 came from a goal, an assist, and four key attacking passes in just 58 minutes of work as City pasted Southampton 4-0.
