- If we thought college basketball games distracted significantly the day prior, the NFL Conference Championships made it even worse. Nobody took a player before the final game of the evening and four participants utilized the Last Man In.
- That Last Man In was Phoenix's Bismack Biyombo who was assigned to Colin, Lou, Matt, and Ryan against San Antonio. The Suns made it to 40 wins with the victory and this Pick One quartet earned themselves 23 PRA each. Only Al has the Suns backup center left at his disposal.
- Speaking of Al, he went with one of the four Spurs making spot starts against Phoenix in Devin Vassell. The second-year man wasn't very effective in a starting role netting only 16 PRA including 2-of-12 shooting from the floor.
- And taking home an incredibly unlikely top score is another one of those Spurs making a cameo in the starting five, Tre Jones. Trevor got 27 PRA from the former Duke man in 33 minutes. His 15 points tied a career-high.
- Optimally, only Lou could have went with Cade Cunningham and his 78 rookie-boosted PRA but until the Last Man In train stops leaving that station I don't foresee that happening. In terms of bench bargains, Lonnie Walker IV outperformed both Spurs starters selected with 29 PRA off the pine for the veterans. Brandon Boston Jr. would reprise his role as the rookie bench bargain with 52 PRA with the rookie boost in a blowout win for Los Angeles.
