- 2023 seems to have a lot more chasing than 2022 in the Pick One Challenge. Al didn't have it as bad as most of our field did the day prior, but 15 PRA from Portland's Josh Hart isn't going to solidify your place at the top of the standings very well.
- On the other side of the table, Matt and Lou remained in lockstep as each of their Atlantic Division selections, Toronto's Fred VanVleet and Brooklyn's Joe Harris respectively, finished on 24 PRA.
- Last Man In Evan Mobley saw his Cavaliers best Hart's Blazers in the final tipoff of the night. It also saw the Cleveland center nearly double Hart's PRA output (28) for Ryan in said victory.
- But making the most progress on the evening was our pair of top scorers, Colin and Trevor, with LeBron James. Although his shooting boots were a bit scuffed, the King made up for it in the other PRA categories to finish on 49 PRA to take home his third top score in three selection days.
- Optimally, the man who helped defeat LeBron's Lakers was the best possible scorer. And since the Magic did not play you shouldn't be surprised to see Luka Doncic's name here who triple-doubled in Dallas' win to the tune of 62 PRA.
