- The NBA's final day falling on Easter didn't allow for the field to fully partake in the last minute rookie craziness of past seasons. Nevertheless, it will be interesting to see how things play out entering the play-in.
- Both rookies selected on the day flopped given the wildness of the proceedings. Al's pick Isaiah Mobley played a bit part (16 RBPRA) in Cleveland's loss to Charlotte. Matt's selection Christian Braun only outscored DeAndre Jordan among Nuggets starters to finish on 24 RBPRA against the Kings.
- So many games went off at 3:30PM but the final to get rolling saw the trio of Last Man In recipients (Colin, Ryan, & Trevor) get 17 PRA from Dallas' Frank Ntilikina against San Antonio.
- Taking home the final regular season top score was Lou with Phoenix's Darius Bazley. Picked four times in each of the past two seasons, Bazley's first selection of 2022-23 produced 27 PRA and a gold medal for our current overall bronze medalist.
- Optimally, had the chance presented itself a bit earlier, any of us could have taken Memphis' Kenneth Lofton Jr. who had a record-breaking double-double starting debut (42 points, 14 rebounds) that with the rookie bonus posted an absurd total of 112 RBPRA.
