- This was one of those days where the Last Man In took all the stress out of guesswork.
- Colin picked someone from that last game of the day, but sadly ended up on the wrong end of the daily standings. Philadelphia's Tyrese Maxey had just 22 PRA in his team's narrow win over the Lakers in LA.
- Josh Giddey was one rebound and one assist away from his third triple-double of the season against the Nets. Al's "consolation prize" was 46 PRA in the Thunder victory.
- Lou, Matt, and Trevor had to go to the second step of the Last Man In provision but with the last game of the night being Sixers/Lakers, there was a decent chance it was going to pay dividends regardless. That was indeed true as Joel Embiid was the designee providing 50 PRA in the winning effort.
- But despite the loss, LeBron James made sure he completed his Pick One season as only he could. Ryan got the final top score from The King against the Sixers as he put up 53 PRA. In four selection days, James always got the day's top score.
- Optimally, either Lou or Ryan could have earned 66 RBPRA from Detroit's Jaden Ivey in the matinee game of the schedule versus the Knicks.
