- Boston saw off Philadelphia in style as their Game 7 got out of hand in the third quarter and ultimately ended in a Celtics blowout win.
- The lone selection from the departing Sixers was the dual selection of PJ Tucker by Lou and Matt. The twosome got 12 PRA from Tucker scored all 11 of his points in the first half.
- 12 PRA is also what Ryan got from Celtics center Robert Williams III. He was the first of four different C's taken in Game 7.
- Marcus Smart played his role as defensive stalwart to perfection, but Colin only received 15 PRA from the point guard as he didn't reach either of the 5x5 additive thresholds.
- Al got the afternoon's silver medal from Jaylen Brown in Game 7. On most days in these playoffs, his 33 PRA would have been probably enough for the top score.
- But on this particular occasion, Trevor got 69 (nice) PRA from Jayson Tatum. His 51 points were the most by a player in a Game 7 in NBA history and that 69 (nice) PRA tied with Devin Booker for most by a veteran in 2022-23. It should go without saying that it was the optimal output as well.
