- Only one series from this day's games went to 2-0, which means there will be at least one more set of picks to be made in a little over a week's time.
- Every game had at least one selection on the night. Atlanta/Miami got the majority of the pool with three total.
- The Timberwolves did not replicate their Game One performance against the Grizzlies and neither did Colin's pick Malik Beasley. After being the veteran bench bargain in the opener, he was a bench "high" -24 +/- and finished with just 10 PRA in a blowout loss.
- Jaxson Hayes' Pelicans fared better against the Suns evening the series at one apiece. However in the Pick One, Hayes found himself surplus to requirements offensively more often than not and netted Ryan a mere 13 PRA.
- Al and Matt were a pair in simpatico as they both picked Danilo Gallinari against the Heat. Similarly to Beasley though, The Rooster couldn't replicate his Game One scoring output. Instead he missed every one of his shots from the field and ended with 9 PRA in his 2021-22 Pick One debut.
- That left Trevor to gain some ground with the night's top scorer John Collins. Re-inserted into the starting five after serving as the sixth man in Game One, Collins double-doubled his way to 25 PRA yet his side still fell into a 2-0 hole.
- Optimally, we probably should have all waited until the playoffs to use Jimmy Butler because 55 PRA performances like the one he had in Game Two become fairly commonplace. Veteran bench bargain Bogdan Bogdanovic outscored both Hawks selections combined with 36 off the pine. Ziaire Williams just pipped New Orleans' pair of freshmen for rookie bench bargain honors with 26 RBPRA.
