- There were just two games to pick from on the night. Only the Los Angeles Lakers were left untouched by our participants.
- The early tip-off saw both of Philadelphia's starting guards taken by the two men occupying second and third in the standings currently. Third (Al) gained a lot of ground on the night as his selection, Tyrese Maxey, more than tripled the yield (31-10 PRA) of second (Trevor) and his pick Furkan Korkmaz.
- Our lone Warriors backer didn't fare great, but Matt won't be too worried about Otto Porter Jr.'s pedestrian 17 PRA. He still holds a 200+ PRA advantage and didn't have to burn a superstar on a scant schedule.
- Three players ended up with Timberwolves on the night, two via the Last Man In provision. The one who did it manually was Ryan with Jaylen Nowell. His 15 PRA was the third-best score you could have earned from a bench veteran so it could have been worse.
- Our first Last Man In was of the second step variety as Colin was assigned Jaden McDaniels. The younger of the McDaniels brothers in the NBA went for 19 PRA on a statline of 14/4/1. It was the second time in three games he registered that exact statline.
- But our top scorer of the evening only made it to the first step of the Last Man In as Lou found himself with not only the day's top score but the optimal one as well from Karl-Anthony Towns. Although Minnesota would fall to the Warriors, KAT went for 49 PRA including his fourth double-double in six contests.
- With such few options on the night, the bench bargains were few and far between. With Jordan Poole being completely picked out, Georges Niang took the crown with 19 PRA while Jonathan Kuminga sheepishly paced the rookies with 16 rookie-boosted PRA.
