- The struggle bus continues to chug along in the Pick One but at the very least for the final day of February we didn't have a single participant score in single digits.
- Uncharacteristically bringing up the rear was our game leader Matt with his pick Andre Drummond. The first of two players traded to the Nets for James Harden selected on the night played the fewest minutes among Brooklyn starters in their blowout loss to Toronto, ending with just 11 PRA.
- Another man moved at the deadline, and now the 15th different King selected in 2021-22, was Al's pick Jeremy Lamb. Unlike Brooklyn, Sacramento was on the right side of their blowout against the Thunder, yet Lamb couldn't muster more than 12 PRA.
- That aforementioned second new Net was Trevor's selection Seth Curry. Curry scored as many points as Drummond had PRA but didn't exactly fill the stat sheet elsewhere winding up with 17 PRA.
- Devin Vassell had a stat correction in the morning pull him out of the teens and earn Ryan 20 PRA in San Antonio's loss to the Grizzlies.
- Not all attempts at bench bargains on the night fell flat as Colin was able to further stabilize himself in third place with 28 PRA from Kelly Oubre Jr.
- But for the second straight day the Last Man In did Lou a solid as he earned the top score with Thunder rookie Tre Mann. Now while Mann didn't triple double to trigger a 3x multiplier, his rookie bonus was enough to take him to 36 PRA against Sacramento. It was the second time a Thunder guard was unable to get the Triple Double Down.
- Optimally, Matt could have gone from zero to hero had he gone with Scottie Barnes. The Raptors rookie had himself a near 100-piece by double-doubling his way to 96 rookie-boosted PRA in their blowout win over the Nets. Cam Thomas would reprise his role as rookie bench bargain in that same contest with 40 rookie-boosted PRA while Kevin Love continued his season-long residency as a veteran bench bargain candidate with 35 PRA against his former club Minnesota.
