- Both series on the evening ended up 3-2. They did not get to that point the same way by any means.
- Boston blew a 14 point fourth quarter lead to the defending champion Bucks in heartbreaking fashion. All of Payton Pritchard's scoring came in that quarter yet much to the chagrin of Colin that was just 4 points. Add on the not much else the backup point guard did in his 10 minutes and you have a 7 PRA night.
- Golden State was left pondering all of life's questions after the Ja Morant-less Grizzlies had them down by 55 at one point before eventually settling on a 39 point win. Ryan's pick Damion Lee got to eat during that extended garbage time with 13 PRA. His ten points equaled what he had scored in the entirety of the playoffs to this point.
- Dillon Brooks' shooting inefficiencies were glossed over in the big win, but Al surely was hoping to put a bigger dent on his rivals than what he was able to do with Brooks' 20 PRA in 24 minutes.
- It was a second straight 30+ PRA day for Tyus Jones filling for the aforementioned absent Morant. He was one of three Grizzlies with 21 points and finished with 33 PRA total.
- But our top scorer was a mad lad taking a calculated risk about the potential for seven games in the East. Matt pulled the trigger on Giannis Antetokounmpo and got an optimal 54 PRA for it, allowing him to breath a bit with Al and Trevor picking the bones of Memphis.
- Your bench bargains were Bucks big man Bobby Portis and his massive double-double, including the bucket that put Milwaukee ahead late, for 31 PRA. Golden State's Moses Moody also rode that garbage time wave to his first double-digit scoring game in over a month en route to 28 RBPRA.
