- It seems that every day for every star we get back in the player pool, we lose two. With that being said, there were several picks made on this night reflecting that.
- Portland is still hoping to get CJ McCollum back soon but for now, players like Ryan's pick Norman Powell have been trying to pick up the slack alongside the returning Damian Lillard. Powell had 19 PRA in Portland's loss to the Mavericks.
- Time Lord Robert Williams earned Colin the same score of 19 PRA as the Celtics lost again, this time to the Timberwolves.
- One team that has navigated the COVID landscape fairly unscathed lately has been the Spurs. Matt's pick Jock Landale has been a Bench Bargain on numerous occasions, but got himself in a bit of foul trouble in 17 minutes and only got himself a rookie-boosted 20 PRA in the loss.
- Everybody is trying to figure out who is going to be the lead man with Paul George on the shelf in LA. Al tried his hand with Eric Bledsoe against the Nets and got 23 PRA for his efforts, the night's bronze medal score.
- Lou had himself another second step Last Man In with Nicolas Claxton and the big man delivered with a 25 PRA performance to close out the LA two step.
- But our top score of the evening came from one of those aforementioned returning stars, Trevor's selection Trae Young. In spite of coming back to a starting five featuring a player they had just signed that morning, Young still nearly had a double-double and finished Atlanta's loss to Chicago with 39 PRA.
- Optimally, James Harden made his final salvo before the imminent return of Kevin Durant a grand one. The Beard went for 62 PRA as the Nets retained best record in the East status with a win over the Clippers. For Bench Bargains, it was two newcomers with Trevelin Queen becoming the third different Houston rookie to feature in this section with 46 rookie-boosted PRA while Jaylen Nowell paced the vets with 38 PRA for Minnesota.
