- A couple of forced pivots altered what could have been a more crowded scoreboard for the day.
- Firstly, Trevor had to switch it up from Celtic killer Evan Fournier, who did not play in New York's blowout loss, to Max Strus against the Suns. While Strus was part of a historic three-point barrage by the Heat, he was clearly the least responsible party finishing with 18 PRA.
- Ja Morant's late scratch with a hip issue forced Colin into the Last Man In Lounge with Lou being assigned Phoenix's Devin Booker. Booker went for 33 PRA for the duo, but could not overcome Miami's long range bonanza.
- After three consecutive dud performances, Matt got himself back on track somewhat with Indiana rookie Keifer Sykes. The guard had a rookie-boosted 32 PRA in Indiana's win against Utah.
- The evening's silver medalist was Ryan's pick Brandon Boston Jr. The optimal bench bargain rookie in the matinee game versus the Grizzlies had a rookie-boosted 40 PRA despite coming up short on the scoreboard.
- But taking home top score was the only Heat starter not to hit a three-pointer against Phoenix, Al's pick Omer Yurtseven. The Turkish big man has not relinquished his starting role since coming into it during Miami's big COVID overrun. He earned Al a much-needed 62 rookie-boosted PRA against the defending Western Conference champions which was also the optimal score for the night.
- While the optimal score and rookie bench bargain were revealed above, seeing Tyler Herro as the veteran bench bargain has to be a bit of a blow for Trevor. Seeing the man who took most of your pick's minutes and go for over double the PRA, 41 to be exact, isn't comforting.
