- It was a chaotic NBA Trade Deadline that saw some seismic shifts in the league's landscape as well as a lot of smaller trades that could open some doors for lesser utilized players here in the Pick One Challenge.
- Sadly Colin took his second blank in eight days after he was unable to get the assignment on either step of the Last Man In provision.
- That second step was utilized by Matt who got himself a very point heavy 23 PRA from Evan Fournier in New York's win over Golden State.
- The Warriors' loss allowed Memphis to pull within 2.5 games of the second seed with their win over Detroit. It was a blowout as expected which leaves Trevor feeling unfulfilled by Ziaire Williams' 22 rookie-boosted PRA in a starting five-low 22 minutes.
- On the other side of that contest was Al's pick Hamidou Diallo. It isn't every day that a team's leading rebounder is the starting shooting guard but that was exactly what happened as Diallo went for 30 PRA versus the Grizzlies.
- There were 259 total points between Toronto and Houston and both teams shot over 50% from the field. That didn't leave a lot of rebounds in play for Ryan's pick Pascal Siakam who had the Triple Double Down for February in play on the evening. Despite not reaching the triple-double threshold, he still was the second-best scorer on the night with 37 PRA.
- Once again, Lou's Last Man In did the deed as Jonathan Kuminga took home the night's top score. Golden State became the second team to have two players picked out (Jordan Poole the other) and Kuminga was the third rookie (after Chris Duarte, Kessler Edwards) to see six selections. It was the second time that his total of 46 rookie-boosted PRA was enough to take the night's gold medal.
- Optimally, Luka Doncic put on a show for the ages against the Clippers. He went for 51 points which tied for second-most in the league this year and finished with 66 PRA in a win. Bench bargains were aplenty with two rookies finishing at 38 rookie-boosted PRA (Jose Alvarado, Day'Ron Sharpe) and four veterans netting 26 PRA off the bench (Alec Burks, Cameron Johnson, Kyle Anderson, Brandon Clarke).
