- Philadelphia completed their sweep of Brooklyn while the Lakers, Heat, and Suns all took steps closer to completing their series against injury-ravaged squads.
- Gabe Vincent continued to be the worst starting selection in the NBA Pick One Challenge. For the fourth straight selection, dating back to last season, the starting Heat guard produced single-digit returns in double-digit minutes. In a 22 point Game 2 win, Trevor's selection netted 5 PRA in 17 minutes which was the same return Colin got from Haywood Highsmith in less than three garbage time minutes.
- Our lone picked out player of the night was Al's selection Norman Powell. The Clippers seem ready to go into that cold dead night with Kawhi Leonard once again joining Paul George in street clothes. After scoring 42 points in Game 3, Powell crashed back down to Earth with 27% shooting and just 19 PRA in a Game 4 defeat to Phoenix.
- That left us with our lowest non-ASG top score of the season, 21 PRA from Los Angeles forward Rui Hachimura. Lou, Matt, and Ryan each went with the two-club man who helped spur the Lakers to a 2-1 series lead over Memphis.
- Optimally, only Lou and Ryan COULDN'T have taken Ja Morant who would double-double for 57 PRA in Memphis' road defeat.
