- There were massive scores aplenty across the Association on the evening, yet most in the Pick One took a measured approach to the schedule at hand.
- Boston went with a short bench against Charlotte which allowed Ryan to get 13 PRA from Romeo Langford despite the Celtics losing in the end.
- Brooklyn's two starting rookies against Washington were both selected on the night but one did more with less. Day'Ron Sharpe (Matt) and Kessler Edwards (Al) found themselves in foul trouble throughout, but Sharpe put up over twice the rookie-boosted PRA (44 to 18) than Edwards in under half the minutes (16 to 35).
- Chris Duarte became the first rookie to be picked out in 2021-22 after Colin went with him and his rookie-boosted 38 PRA as the Pacers went to the Lakers and won.
- If only Lou had used his Triple Double Down, Last Man In Domantas Sabonis would have been such a better assignment. In that aforementioned win, the Lithuanian lefty triple-doubled his way to 42 PRA.
- While Duarte ended his run in this year's Pick One, Jalen Suggs just began his and earned top score on the night in the process. Trevor got a rookie-boosted 56 PRA from the 5th overall pick in the NBA Draft making him the final single-digit selection to be taken.
- Optimally, it was another triple-double that would have blown the doors off the scoreboard had someone TDD'ed it. Nikola Jokic went for 73 PRA in an overtime win against the Clippers including falling just shy of setting a new career-high with 49 points. Those Clippers housed the evening's rookie bench bargain in Brandon Boston Jr. who had a rookie-boosted 44 of the LA bench. There was a three-way deadlock for the veteran bench bargain between LaMarcus Aldridge, Kelly Olynyk, and Caleb Martin who each respectively had 36 PRA.
