- Boston mounted an improbable comeback to end up routing the Warriors in Game 1 of the NBA Finals.
- Four of the five picks made on the evening were from the losing side.
- The only substitute selected was Colin's pick Andre Iguodala. Out for the majority of the postseason up to this point, the former Finals MVP made his first Pick One appearance ever with 10 PRA in 12 minutes.
- Trevor saw his chances of pipping Matt at the finish line dwindle even further as both his selection, Klay Thompson, and Matt's, Draymond Green, finish level with 20 PRA apiece.
- Our lone Celtics backer of the night was Ryan with Al Horford. It was a substantial mission statement of a possible Finals MVP resume for the Boston big man as he went for 35 PRA including shooting 6-for-8 from three-point range.
- But our top scorer for the night, and optimal one overall, was Al's pick Stephen Curry. However like the rest of his squad it was a rough fourth for the three-time champion so despite 44 PRA, Al's bid to get one final Triple Double Down fell flat.
- Payton Pritchard was the night's bench bargain with 16 PRA off the Boston bench.
