- As the series shifted to Boston, Miami was able to hold off the hosts to go up in the series 2-1.
- Only one Celtics player came off the board on the night, Trevor's selection Grant Williams. Williams would struggle mightily in large pockets of the game before fouling out, but did end up the veteran bench bargain with 15 PRA.
- Victor Oladipo had himself a Frank Smokes Special in Game 3 with more steals than assists and rebounds combined. Great for Heat fans, not so great for Al and Ryan who earned just 6 PRA.
- A returning player in this postseason has always produced some sort of one game bump like they are all a part of a Willis Reed Gameshow. But just like Oladipo, most of Kyle Lowry's presence on the court came defensively which led to Matt netting 18 PRA from the point guard.
- That means for the second time in this series, the Last Man In takes home the top prize. This time it was Miami's Max Strus earning Colin and Lou 22 PRA including hitting some big shots to stop the bleeding for the Heat in the fourth quarter.
- Optimally, last game's Last Man In Jaylen Brown could have given Matt a huge boost with 50 PRA. His 40 points on 14-of-20 shooting was a new career-high in the playoffs.
