- Game 1 in the West somehow went more poorly for the visitors than in the East as Golden State blew out the Mavericks.
- Colin and Ryan are jockeying for fourth position at the moment, yet neither really has a deep roster with either of these two teams. Hence why you are seeing picks of Damion Lee (Colin) and Sterling Brown (Ryan) in Game 1 of a Conference Final. However, the tie has been broken temporarily as Lee pipped Brown by a 8-7 PRA margin on this night.
- Al and Trevor needed big games from big men in Game 1 and neither came through. Trevor's pick and one of two Mavericks picked out on the night, Dwight Powell, was basically in the game for jump balls finishing with 6 PRA. Al's pick Maxi Kleber had the exact same statistics off the bench making one of three 3-point attempts.
- And while it was one of the lowest top scores of the season, Jalen Brunson's 22 PRA in Game 1 allowed Matt to get a bit of breathing room back. The Last Man In and second Dallas pick out of the night had a rough shooting night (6-for-16, 0-for-5 from 3) but in his final selection pushed the gap between first and second to 55 PRA.
- Optimally, 2/3 of the participants could have given their backing to Stephen Curry who double-doubled for 37 PRA in victory. Lou was the only person eligible for bench bargain Spencer Dinwiddie who had 20 PRA in 24 minutes off the Dallas bench. There aren't many rookies left making the rounds but Moses Moody would have netted you 6 RBPRA if you were desperate to get him off your books.
