- The opening round of the NBA Playoffs concluded in unsurprising yet still disappointing fashion for the Minnesota Timberwolves as they were ousted in six games by the Memphis Grizzlies. The Conference Semi-Finals will begin Sunday.
- There was very little wiggle room with the Last Man In for this matchup, leaving Colin and Lou out in the cold after Karl-Anthony Towns and Desmond Bane hit the opening buckets.
- Al and Ryan weren't feeling much warmer with their T'Wolves picks as Jarred Vanderbilt and Malik Beasley combined for 11 total PRA (JV-6/MB-5) which was one-third of what second place earned on the night.
- For all of you mathematicians out there, that 33 PRA came from Trevor's pick Brandon Clarke, the lone player advancing from the night's selections. With Steven Adams still out, Clarke double-doubled for that 33 PRA, his third double-double of the series. This haul made Clarke the night's bench bargain.
- But even with that Matt still was able to pull further away from the field with 40 PRA from the night's optimal scorer Anthony Edwards. The third Minnesota player picked out this season tried his best to keep his team's season alive with a game-high 30 points, but in the end fell short.
