- The quicker these two series are put to bed the better as the player pool is accumulating piss and running out of chlorine.
- Case in point, the top scorer of the day came from Andrew and Trevor's selection of DeMarcus Cousins. With Ivica Zubac sidelined, Boogie led the way with 20 PRA off the bench after totaling 19 through the previous four games including one DNP. The 20 PRA high score is tied for joint-lowest of the season with Bobby Portis from June 23rd.
- Speaking of DNPs, much to Matt S.'s dismay Rajon Rondo extended his own dubious record with a third playoff DNP, the second in this series. There has to be something else behind this because not getting Rondo on the floor even in mop-up duty seems very odd.
- The Clippers continued to enter the Six Timers Club as Cousins' double shot got him in and both Terance Mann (Mike) and Patrick Beverley (Al) saw their Pick One watches come to an end. Mann was the first player to be completely picked out with picks in the postseason while the Clippers overall now have five pick outs, one behind Atlanta.
