- The Western Conference Finals are set after Utah continued the troubling trend of blowing twenty-point leads in the playoffs. It has already been illustrated how ravaged the Suns and Clippers Pick One rosters are so Utah capitulating with so many people having Jazz players left to pick is unfortunate. Multiple participants had Bojan Bogdanovic, Mike Conley, Rudy Gobert, Joe Ingles, and Donovan Mitchell left to pick but never will. Many also had the lone Jazz player selected for Game 6.
- If you are going to put any blame for Utah's collapse, keep it far away from Royce O'Neale. Ryan and Al received 32 PRA from the tireless rebounder on his way out of the player pool.
- Philadelphia had done their best Utah impressions in Games 4 & 5 but were able to keep lightning from striking three consecutive times in Game 6. The fears of that not happening though prompted nearly half the field to go with top scorer Joel Embiid (36 PRA) and put him in the Six Timers Club as well as picking out Ben Simmons (20 PRA).
- And while Phoenix and Los Angeles have had their selection shortages noted, also be aware that the only Hawk picked today, Danilo Gallinari, and the Hawks' Pick One sheet looks even worse and if they make their way into the Conference Finals you better get your blowout boots on and start hoping for some Skylar Mays minutes, folks.
