- Keeping up with the Pick One tradition, five of the night's six selections came from the last game on the schedule.
- The lone person who went against that grain picked a former member of the team that garnered those five selections. Colin went with former Blazer Gary Trent Jr. against the Nuggets. Regrettably, GTJ shot 2-of-13 from the field and finished with just 12 PRA in his team's victory.
- Al is leaning heavily on rookies in the month of March as Portland's Keon Johnson was his seventh rookie selected since the calendar page turned. In this case, Johnson didn't help his cause much off the Portland bench as even with the rookie boost he could only earn 18 PRA.
- Our Last Man In Lounge was busy on a Saturday night as Lou, Matt, and Ryan all were assigned the services of Drew Eubanks. Luckily for the lot of them, Eubanks double-doubled for his second time in Portland colors and scored a season-high 20 points en route to 35 PRA.
- And completing the night's Portland party was Trevor's pick Trendon Watford with the top score. Watford scored a career-high 27 points against Washington and finished with a rookie-boosted 72 PRA. The win keeps Portland within striking distance of the final playoff spot in the Western Conference.
- Optimally, had Matt strayed away from his LMI brethren he could have had Scottie Barnes and his 86 rookie-boosted PRA. The bench bargains on this night were just as massive as Jordan Clarkson had 47 (45 from points) PRA in Utah's win over Sacramento while Jock Landale matched a gaggle of Spurs/Aussie records with 70 rookie-boosted PRA against Indiana.
