- Matt decided to give us all a fighting chance on this night. It is now two San Antonio Spurs holding the dubious honors of lowest scores (Doug McDermott carries the veteran mantle) as Josh Primo had a rookie-boosted 2 PRA in their win over the Celtics. The only way either score can be beaten is with a flat-out blank.
- Doubling Primo's output digit-wise was Ryan's selection Andrew Wiggins. It wasn't a banner night for the Dubs as they were soundly defeated by the Mavericks but Wiggins ended with 22 PRA amidst the mess.
- The Last Man In Norman Powell was the second and final veteran selected on the evening by Lou. He was second on the Blazers in scoring in their loss to Miami finishing with 30 PRA.
- A pair of undrafted Pacers rookies were taken in Duane Washington Jr. (Al) and Keifer Sykes (Trevor). The starting backcourt was solid against the re-completed trio of All-Stars in Brooklyn but the elder statesman of the two Sykes (28 y.o. vs 21 y.o.) was the better bet on the night by a rookie-boosted 52-32 margin.
- But in the end it was somebody taking their first rookie of the season who took home top score. Colin made OKC's Josh Giddey his first NBA freshman taken in the Pick One Challenge and quickly reaped the benefits of his new path with a double-double against Minnesota and a rookie-boosted 70 PRA. This total was also the optimal score for the night.
- For Bench Bargains, there were several veterans who had themselves some heaters off the pine but none did more as a reserve than Kevin Huerter who went for 41 PRA including some late daggers against the Kings. Sandro Mamukelashvili was the top bench rookie with a rookie-boosted 30 PRA as the Giannis-less Bucks lost to Toronto.
