- Three of the five games on the NBA's main attraction day saw usage with Celtics/Bucks and Suns/Nuggets feeling the cold shoulder.
- Los Angeles lost both on the scoreboard against Dallas as well as in the Pick One. Thomas Bryant (Al) and Austin Reaves (Ryan) were the two lowest scoring selections for the day with 13 and 18 PRA respectively in defeat.
- New York fell apart in the fourth quarter against Philadelphia, yet RJ Barrett was still able to cobble together a double-double and 31 PRA for Trevor in the loss.
- Our only double selection of the festive Sunday was Klay Thompson against Memphis. The lone healthy Splash Brother had 37 PRA for both Colin and Matt in a winning effort.
- But taking home top score was Lou with Philadelphia's James Harden. The Beard had a double-double of his own in the 76ers win and had his second top score of December with 46 PRA at Madison Square Garden.
- Optimally, only Al could have selected Nikola Jokic and his massive 41/15/15 triple-double against the Suns which after doing the math comes out to 71 PRA.
