- A dubious record was set in the Association on the night, but only one participant was caught in those ignominious crosshairs in the Pick One.
- After striking gold with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander the day prior for the beat up Oklahoma City Thunder, Trevor tried his luck again with Luguentz Dort as SGA was added to the list of the walking wounded. Instead of another stellar showing, the Thunder suffered the worst defeat in NBA history to Memphis (73 points) and Dort only had 18 PRA before the white flag was flown.
- Portland should thank their lucky stars that OKC had their lunch eaten so badly because they saw themselves dusted pretty handily themselves by San Antonio. Colin's pick Jusuf Nurkic had the same output of 18 PRA in his side's lopsided loss.
- San Antonio was the most popular team of the evening, even if two of the three selections came from the Last Man In provision. Derrick White (Ryan/Lou) went for 24 PRA and Keldon Johnson (Matt) had 22 as the Spurs coasted on the road.
- Top score honors went to the lone backer of an Eastern Conference player, Al with Pascal Siakam. The Raptors beat the Giannis-less Bucks en route to 32 PRA and becoming the third participant over 1200 total PRA for the season.
- Optimally, you have to look at the bench for Memphis' historic decimation of the Thunder. For the first time in 2021-22, a Bench Bargain was your optimal scorer as rookie Santi Aldama had a rookie-boosted 62 PRA in 28 minutes off the bench. De'Anthony Melton was the best bench vet with 30 PRA in 22 minutes of clobbering.
