- After a night off in the Association for Election Day, we were back with nearly a full slate of games. While there wasn't much in the way of shifts from the night's results in the league, there were several in the Pick One.
- For the first time since October 21st, Colin is no longer in second place. New Orleans' CJ McCollum made it two straight triple-singles for Colin with 16 PRA against the Bulls. To dig the dagger in further, DeMar DeRozan, the man who laid an egg for him the day prior, had 39 PRA against McCollum's Pelicans on this day.
- The other man to lose his spot in the standings was Lou. He is only 2 PRA into the cellar but that is where he currently stands after just 20 PRA from New York's Jalen Brunson in their blowout loss to the Nets. If there is a silver lining though, Lou is the only participant thus far that hasn't used a single rookie so those sweet double point days could come flooding in any time now.
- Al may have a new direct challenger to his throne at the moment, but he still is sitting on that very seat after 28 PRA from Minnesota's D'Angelo Russell. While not a bad return, it is the lowest tally Russell has provided Al in three years of Pick One selections after 29 last season and 41 the year before that. (Cheap plug that you can check any player's past scores with those little linkskis on the right side --->)
- With all the movement happening on either side of him, Trevor remained dead center with 32 PRA from Sacramento's Domantas Sabonis. Even though the Last Man In provision was expanded to keep the poor Kings away from the scoresheet beating they took last season, they are already second in picks less than a month in.
- But that provision also had another team last year that was in its clutches all too often. That team was the Clippers and on this night it gave Matt and Ryan the top score via Last Man In Paul George. PG-13's 39 PRA was enough to get Ryan into second place and Matt out of the financial relegation zone as well as enough to beat the Lakers, the league's most picked from team to date.
- Optimally, Detroit's Jaden Ivey led his squad in scoring in a loss to the Celtics finishing with 70 RBPRA in the process.
