- Every single game on the evening had at least one player selected from it.
- We'll start with the bookend games Knicks/Nets and Kings/Lakers, two interstate rivalries that had a lot of points in play. Regrettably, none of those points fell down to Evan Fournier (Colin) and Buddy Hield (Al) who had just 13 and 12 PRA respectively as both of their clubs lost.
- A loss is something that the Suns haven't experienced since October 27th and that streak continued against the Warriors where Ryan's selection Chris Paul had nearly as many assists as the Warriors' starting five combined on his way to 32 PRA. That haul puts him at 1300 PRA on the button.
- While only at .500 overall, Portland has made the Moda Center (still want to call it the Rose Garden so bad) a fortress and CJ McCollum made sure that even without Damian Lillard they didn't change that against Detroit. In their leader's absence, McCollum went for 38 PRA for Matt in victory.
- Top score was a joint effort on the evening as Trevor and Lou finally bit the bullet with Scottie Barnes after seeing him be the optimal score for weeks on end. Lou didn't quite get the Triple Double Down that he had hoped but the rookie-boosted 58 PRA was a big boost to our two then-bottom of the table players.
- Optimally, you would have to gone three picks before Barnes to find your best bet. Cade Cunningham is healthy and is taking over metaphorical captain duties for the Pistons and it showed against Portland with a rookie-boosted 68 PRA. For Bench Bargains, 30 PRA was all the rage as both Derrick Rose and Malik Monk recorded the figure for the veterans and Cameron Thomas hit that rookie-boosted total to make his optimal paragraph debut on the Pick One.
