- Thanksgiving weekend came to a close with a five-pack of games in which the two early tip-offs, Warriors/Clippers and Bucks/Pacers, were the only ones neglected.
- Neglect is not something the Sacramento Kings feel in the Pick One as two more selections, including a debut, were made on the day. Sadly, neither De'Aaron Fox (Al) nor Terence Davis (Trevor) had a particularly potent PRA performance with 18 and 17 PRA respectively being the two lowest scores of the lot.
- Colin fared slightly better with Jaylen Brown who got 22 PRA in a win over the Raptors, but once again saw his scoring and rebounding figures below season averages.
- Ending things off was a trio of Last Man In picks that bucked the recent trend of terrible LMI luck. Ryan and Lou once again paired off, this time with recent Triple Double Downer Russell Westbrook. He rewarded them with 40 PRA as the Lakers outlasted the Pistons.
- Regarding those Pistons, Jerami Grant kept Matt's streak of top scores alive with 42 PRA as the Last Man In. Having already taken Westbrook, Grant became the second step option and arguably had one of his games of the season in defeat.
- Optimally, it sounds like a broken record at this point so you shouldn't be too surprised to see Scottie Barnes' name in this spot of the recap. Another rookie-boosted 62 PRA for his scoresheet makes the Florida State product easily the most productive Pick One rookie in the brief history of the reboot. For Bench Bargains, Davion Mitchell scored better than his two selected Kings teammates combined with a rookie-boosted 42 PRA while Otto Porter Jr. double-doubled off the Golden State bench netting 30 PRA.
