- The Last Man In is class-blind as both our first (Ryan) and last (Lou) place participants used the provision to procure the less than ideal services of Devonte' Graham and his 9 PRA.
- Pick One disappointment from Utah/New Orleans wasn't exclusive to the Pelicans side though. Colin's pick Rudy Gobert put up both his lowest point and rebound total of the campaign and finished with just 15 PRA.
- While there was an expectation of more from an overtime game with Charlotte that had 289 combined points, Trevor still had the best rookie Bench Bargain of the day with Houston's Alperen Sengun. The Turkish teenager had a rookie-boosted 28 PRA in the Rockets' third win of the year.
- Al saw himself slip to third place after Matt's triple double down the day prior, but he himself is starting to put a gap between himself and the rest of the field with another staunch performance. This time it was Darius Garland going for 41 PRA as the Cavs evened their record with a win over the Magic.
- Speaking of the Magic and Matt, that is where the top score discussion goes. Franz Wagner had the best rookie score of the gameday with a rookie-boosted 48 PRA in the aforementioned loss to Cleveland. Matt is now 29 PRA off the lead.
- He would have been even closer if he went with the optimal pick of the day, Joel Embiid. The Philly big man returned from his injury and COVID woes with a vengeance torching the Wolves for 59 PRA despite being on the wrong end of the final score. Making his debut on the recap as top veteran Bench Bargain is Alex Caruso. The Bulls guard had 31 PRA as a substitute and was their second-leading scorer behind DeMar DeRozan against Miami.
