- It was a light schedule of just five games for the evening with four of the ten teams in play receiving usage.
- George Hill and Grayson Allen have nobly been deputizing for the incapacitated Jrue Holiday in Milwaukee. However, neither was particularly extraordinary in the Bucks' blowout win over Detroit which was bad news for Lou who went with Allen and earned just 11 PRA.
- The Kings continued to prove they aren't as big of a stepping stone club on the road as they used to be. Yet despite struggling to harness Rudy Gobert, Richaun Holmes still registered a double-double for Matt and ended with 24 PRA.
- Tyler Herro continues to be a superb Sixth Man in Miami and was once again our Veteran Bench Bargain on the evening netting 32 PRA for Colin in a comfortable win over Dallas.
- It came down to it in the end who has going to step up the most in Brandon Ingram's absence for the Pelicans. Was it rookie second rounder Herb Jones (Trevor) who took his spot in the starting five or the recently extended Jonas Valanciunas (Al/Ryan)? Turns out it was the Lithuanian leviathan by a country mile as Trevor needed the rookie boost to make Jones' 22 PRA seem respectable while JV17 had 39 PRA with his sixth double-double in eight contests.
- Optimally, it was all about D. Mitchell. Utah's Donovan Mitchell took home 50 PRA in their win over the Kings. On the other end of the court, Sacramento's Davion Mitchell was not only the day's best Bench Bargain but was the second top scorer overall with a rookie boosted 48 PRA.
