- It's a new year but the same trends are prevalent in the Pick One Challenge.
- Trevor's first foray into Last Man In territory wasn't a poor one as along with Ryan and Lou they each earned a score of 35 PRA from Otto Porter Jr. in Golden State's win over the Jazz.
- That haul put Lou within 21 of catching Colin after a 23 PRA outing from Kentavious Caldwell-Pope saw the Wizards suffer the same fate of Indiana with a DeMar DeRozan buzzer-beater.
- Al is nearly back on the medal stand for the year after a robust evening from Pelicans' rookie Herb Jones against the Bucks. His rookie-boosted 46 PRA more than doubled his output from his previous selection.
- But after an off night with a rookie from the Central Division, Matt made good with a rookie from the Central Division. Luka Garza was not only the Pick One's top scorer but the day's optimal scorer with a double-double and a rookie-boosted 68 PRA in Detroit's win over San Antonio. This has allowed Matt to re-open a 200+ PRA lead at the top again.
- Speaking of those Spurs, Bryn Forbes was the veteran Bench Bargain with 36 PRA in defeat. For rookies, Trevelin Queen stole the back-and-forth baton between Josh Christopher and Alperen Sengun earning a rookie-boosted 32 PRA against the Nuggets.
